The Porirua City Council operates a Request for Service system for customers to report a problem or make an information request.

If the problem is URGENT, please phone us on (04) 237 5089 - 24 hours a day.

If the problem is NOT URGENT, please fill in this form and submit it to us, and attach any files or images relevant to your request.

Please note: There is a 5,000 character limit in the Message field. If your comments are longer than this, please prepare a separate document and attach it to this form.
