Welcome to the ARC Sustainable Environment Awards 2009 online application form.

Please ensure you have read the Sustainable Environment Awards information on the ARC website including the Conditions of Entry. This online form consists of questions requiring contact details and information of your (or your nominated persons) environmental project. The questions will relate directly to the Judging Assessment Criteria outlined on the ARC website.

This online form allows you to upload files (e.g. photos, maps) in support of your application. Please have these files prepared and saved on your computer ready to attach to your online application form as this form must be completed in one session. If you do not have electronic files you can post your attachments to: ARC Sustainable Environment Awards, Private Bag 92012, Auckland.
