LIM Application

Information will be extracted from Council's existing records, no site inspection will be conducted.

Council has a statutory 10 working day period to process LIM.

Fee is $185 (Residential and Rural property), or $230 (Business, Industrial, Commercial rural operation).

An invoice for the amount shown will be sent, or, if you pay by Internet banking please transfer the correct amount into Hurunui District Council's bank account number: 03-0802-0946666-00 and use your Application Reference as a payment reference.

In order to apply for a LIM you need to supply the following information: 1. Details of Applicant(s)
2. Information About The Property

Note: Environment Canterbury may also have information regarding this property.
We recommend that you consider applying for a land Information Request from ECAN at the same time you are applying for you LIM.
